第9回GOAL発表会 "Let’s Talk about Sexual Diversity!"

最近日本でも「LGBTQ+」という言葉が広まり、性の多様性への理解が広まってきています。他の国ではセクシャルマイノリティに対して人々はどう捉えているのでしょうか？その国の文化、宗教、世代や社会的偏見なども影響するのでしょうか？

アレックスソリューションズが主催するグローバル人材育成プログラム「GOAL」は毎回、SDGsの目標からひとつ関連したテーマを選び、海外のサポーターとディスカッションをしながら異文化理解を深めていきます。

今回で第９回を迎えたプログラムでは、研修生として高校生と大学生の日本人２人が参加。「性の多様性」をテーマに、シンガポール・スリランカ・イスラエルの人と、各国のLGBTQ+コミュニティについて３週間ディスカッションをしてきました。
このイベントではその学習のまとめを研修生が英語で発表して、後半には参加者全員で一緒にディスカッションしていきます。

The LGBTQ+ community is getting understood by Japanese society compared to before. But still, people need to know each other about what sexual minorities have struggled with in our society.
And how about the other countries? Are they influenced by culture, religion, generation, or social bias?

In this event, we invite you to the 9th presentation event of the global online training program "GOAL" organized by Alexsolutions. Japanese trainees have been discussing the situation of the LGBTQ+ community with people in three other countries, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Israel.
At the event, the Japanese trainees will give a presentation about what they learned during three weeks.
We will also discuss the theme together after the presentation.

*GOAL is an online global training program provided by Alexsolutions. The trainees select one of the themes related to SDGs. They research and discuss it with the supporters from Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Israel which are Alexsolutions-related companies there.
